Dr.W.C.J.FERNANDO

Managing Director Dr.Janath Fernando is the Managing Director of Madee Holings (pvt) Ltd, and ensures that projects are professionally managed and delivery meets and exceeds Clientsí expectations, focusing on safety, programme, quality and budget. With over 15 years of construction experience Dr.Janath has a wealth of expertise and guidance in all types of construction from retail, commercial, hospitality, and low and high-rise residential developments to the growing Maadee brand.

HIROMI MAPALAGAMA

General Manager Hiromi throughout her 20 year career to date, she has developed strong financial managerial skills, technical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and outstanding corporate finance experience. Hiromi is a member of the executive management team in Maadee Constructions and is currently responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Administration and Information Technology.

GEMUNU COORAY

Head of Projects Gemunu is Maadee Constructions Head of Projects and is responsible for the project development from initial planning and design, through design development, commercial and contractual matters, to construction and delivery. Gemunu has over 12 years of experience in both contracting and development of large scale luxury residential complexes and hotels & resorts and is currently heading up a number of key Maadee Constrcution projects including residential and retail developments.
